Nabiki's the wrong character for the story.  I don't think that
she wouldn't use birth control, but birth control fails.  Far more
important considerations are:

   1.  She would hunt him down and get him.  Nabiki's drive for
vengeance is positively sadistic when someone damages her financial
future, and I can only imagine what she'd do to someone who actually
managed to melt her heart and then hurt her.  This is not the making of 
a WAFFy female bonding fic.

   2.  Nabiki would abort.  Lets not get into whether that would
be the right choice because that doesn't matter in Nabiki's case.
