Well, I AM in the running {the sig says it all. Vote for me!} so here it is,
even though responses to the questions generally aren't frowned upon. Here's
what I came up with info-wise.

When Belldandy calls Keichi by his nickname, is it spelled Kei or Kay?

For that matter, is Belldandy or Belledandy correct?  Keichi?  Megumi?

Belldandy, Keichi, Megumi. 

I never could figure out the name of Keichi's sempai, either the tall blond

biker dude, >or the big body-builder type.

The body-builder is Tamiya. I don't know the blond guy; I just personally
refer to him as "Johnny Bravo." He is, I swear to god! Watch Cartoon Network!

I also missed the name of the guy that was the president of the rival racing

club.

That would be Aoshima.

Oh, and one last name, that of the socialite that runs Belle and Keichi
over in her boat.  That one has me totally confused on how to spell it.

Sayoko Mishima, of absolutly NO relation to Mishima Heavy Industries or a
certain purple haired cat girl we all know and love.
