Hello, everybody! <Waves whole arm in gigantic arc>

For a first fic, I'm planning to do a Ranma 1/2 - Nuku Nuku fusion, but
I'm having trouble with Akiko's analog.  So far, I've been planning to use
Akane. I have been considering casting Nadoka Satome, who has been
described as (sort of) a obsessive/compulsive, into that role.  However,
because I have not gotten up to the point where Ranma meets her in the
manga, I do not know very much about her character beyond a few general
facts found in fanfics. 

Enough of my rambling!  My questions are as follows:

1) Is the Katana her only signature item? (a signature item is something
like Ukyou's spatulas or Akane's mallet) 

2) Does she have any particular quotes? (Baka! -Akane  Jackas!s -Ukyou
Foul Sorcerer! -Kuno  Cookie! -Blue monster)

3) Anything else that sheds light on her character.  Is she set forth as a
2D character in  the manga, or is there anything particularly deep about
her?

4) In what Anime tapes does she have a signifcant role(yes, so I can do
some 'serious research')?
