A large, ulitarian(sp?) fortress in the mountains of what was once the
PRC's Qinghai Pronvince: 

	The High General sighed in annoyance as she looked at the reports
from the western front.  It seemed that once Federation's army slapped
down that last warlord on the middle Yangtse dicipline started falling
apart; there had been three brawls between the Tibetans and Ugiurs(sp?) 
and one of the captains had to flog three grunts for assaulting the
citizenry.
	She sighed as she tossed the paperwork aside and glanced at the
clock, considering the cold bed that waited for her.  Her husband's
wandering foot had proven true to his nature and with both the local
monsters unleashed by the Chaos and the only nearby human powers either
allied or broken his bordom had become intolerable.  Blessed Ancestors
she couldn't blame him for the training trip, were it not for the
unexpected demise of her only compitent aid she would have joined him in a
second!  As it stood his daily E-mails were the only thing keeping her
from going either AWOL or nuts over this peacetime desk-work herself.
	#Well Fatima's never going to learn how to run the place if I'm
around to shadow her,# the warrior as she decided to go 'Inspect the
Troops' as far afield as possible, #and those field terminals are good
enough to handle any-#
	*BRRRIINNGGGGGG*
	She scowled at the phone, knowing that the encryption on that
'line' was reserved for the likes of the UN and suspecting that someone
wanted help with the Police Action in Russia... again.
	"Nihao." she said flatly as she put them on the speaker.
	"<General Pu,>" said the voice on the other end of the line in
thickly accented Mandarin, "<is Ikari Gendo.  We have find you husband. 
You pick up, yes?>"
