I am NOT going to say
  "Well, It's about time!"

no... go right ahead.

I find this a nice follow-up to part one although I feel Missy's reactions
to Chisa are not as distanced as in the first. She *seems* to be a little
more used to her babbling friend now than she used to be in such a short
time (I could be wrong on this)

Well, she should be getting used to Chisa, although I don't know how fast
is appropriate. It *has* only been three days. However, Michie's pretty
distracted by her "haunting."

With the *Phantom Victim* apperence you have to wonder about all those
faces Sailor Moon sees when she goes to sleep at night.

*snort* Sailor Moon is Good. The people she kills are Bad Evil Monsters.
It's okay for Good People to kill Bad Evil Monsters -- that's what the Bad
Evil Monsters are *for*. I'm sure she sleeps just fine.

-Shades of "An American Werewolf in London" which is not a bad thing
really. The question is... is the apperence of her "little friend" all in
her mind or is she actually there?
both are nasty situations but the idea of the restless dead hanging about
can lead to problems especially if they have the ability to exert any
physical influence....not on their killer but on her friends.
Of course you could also argue that such events could be a manefestation
of the M Girl's own powers....to the individual who sees them the question
is just another on the road to bughouse city.

I had planned to leave the question more or less up in the air. This, of
course, means that Licorice is essentially powerless. All she can do is
complain bitterly about how badly Michie treated her.

It might be cool to have a whole posse of victims following Michie, but I
plan to end it after Licorice.

I really like the whole "Magical Girls gone bad" idea and think I enjoy
this even more since I started watching Hime-chan (well, the first 8 eps
anyway)

What I wonder is if there are any MG's out there who enjoy being bad....

Someone else mentioned that possibility as well, but I want to try to avoid
it in the main storyline. There's no reason Michie would cross swords with
such a person, and if she did, I can't see how it would further the
storyline anyway. Plus, there's a reason only certain personalities become
magic girls.

The four girls Tsuneishi mentioned are rather unpleasant. Although they're
technically on the "good side," they're arrogant and obnoxious. They pose
and make speeches.

Missy Foxglove is someone who is just in a bad situation with a
particularly nasty ability (What sort of Princess from another world would
give somebody the ability to cause heart attacks?")

The powers (and costume) are based partly on the girl's self-image. When
Michie's powers first manifested themselves, they were actually healing
powers.

Can't wait for the next hit :)

I suggest practice...
