It's not the fault of anyone on the mailing list that you choose to

use lousy Microsoft 

software. Your problem can easily be sovled by ditching Microsoft

Outlook and using a real 

email software package instead.

I personally think blaming others for your stupidity in choosing

software is in rather poor

completely uncalled for. Keep such garbage as this to yourself, or at
