Here it is, that which all have been waiting for!  The end of this dumb
series!  Well, maybe not dumb, but it pales in comparison to many others.
However it does give me a character of my own to play with in future one
shot fics!

Ranma 1/2 and all it's characters belong to Viz, Kitty, R. Takahashi, and

The Shoki Saga
Chapter 10
Epilouge
	The splash of Shoki jumping into the spring after his sword brought
a plump chinese man running up to the group of young martial artists.
Ranma grabbed the Jusenkyo guide by the shirt collar and pulled him up
close.

	"What spring is that?"  He demanded pointing at the still sloshing
water.

	"Oh, very bad sirs," replied the guide, "you friend jump in spring
of drowned wolverine.  Very tragic story of emperor's pet wolverine
drowning in there two thousand one hundred year ago."

	"What does he mean spring of drowned wolverine?"  Thundered Angus.

	"He means that when Shoki jumped in, he became cursed like Ranma,"
replied Akane.  "Except he will turn into a wolverine."

	As Akane spoke, a dark form broke the surface of the pool.  It
walked snorting and snarlin up the bank, clutching the McLaren family sword
firmly in it's mouth.  Ranma ran over to help it as Angus and Shayla simply
stared in shock.  Nabiki rounded on the guide.

	"Do you have some hot water handy?"  Demanded the middle Tendo
daughter.

	The guide held up the kettle in his hand.  "I always make hot water
when sirs come to train near cursed springs.  Always they need hot water."

	Angus and Shayla continued to stare in shock as Nabiki walked over
and poured the hot water on the wolverine.  The wolverine for it's part
turned back into a young man.  A very naked young man who attempted to hide
behind Ranma.

	"Hey!"  Shouted Ranma.  "Get off of me!"

	"Ranma, you stay right in front of me, and we'll back up this hill
to my pack.  I've got some spare clothes there."

	"Oh, okay, uh, right."  Slowly, with Ranma hiding most of Shoki
from view, the two young men walked back to where Shoki's spare set of
clothes were.

	"Formidable indeed!"  Muttered Nabki, making a play on Shoki's
name.  Akane started sputtering guffaws at the joke, Genma rolled his eyes,
and Shayla and Angus continued to stare.....

	After dressing, Shoki led Ranma back to the main group.  Akane
didn't notice that Shoki was now carrying P-chan as she was engrossed in
explaining curses to Shayla and Angus in more detail.  Genma and Nabiki
were talking in low tones off to one side, and the guide was trying to wake
up Kenny.

	"Man, I don't want that guy coming back to give us trouble again!"
Griped Ranma.

	"Well, I've got an idea," replied Shoki.  "Excuse me Angus?"

	"Aye laddie?"

	"Does cousin Wallace still have that cabin in Greenland?"

	"Aye, that he does."

	"How about on the way home, you take a short detour......"

Several days later.....

	Shoki blocked a sidekick by Ranma with his forearm.  He responded
with a punch towards Ranma's solar plexus that didn't quite connect.  "You
seem a little unfocused today," commented Ranma.

	"Well, I am.  I was thinking about asking Nabiki out on a date
tonight."

	"Oh?"  Asked Ranma as he pulled off a perfect shoulder roll,
sending Shoki across the yard.

	"Yeah, but I need to keep Shayla from interferring.  Any ideas?"
Shoki's hand swept knife like at Ranma's neck.

	"Nope, I got the same problem.  Except, I got four girls trying to
get me, not two.  You should count yourself lucky!"  Ranma tried a sweep
kick that Shoki jumped to avoid.

	"Yeah, but none of your fiancee's are even half as nasty as Nabiki
when she is upset!"

	"SHOKI NO BAKA!"

	SPLASH!!!!!!

	Ranma looked up to see Nabiki handing a large mallet back to Akane.
Nabiki then "hrrmmmpphhhedddd!" and went inside.  Ranma walked over and
helped the drenched wolverine out of the koi pond.  "Man, Shoki," he said
quietly, "she's getting as violent as that macho tomboy!"

	SPLASH!!!!!!

	After returning themselves to their normal forms, Shoki and Ranma
sat beside Soun and Genma-panda toweling dry.  "You know Ranma, there has
got to be a way to get rid of these curses."

	"Well, I think there is.  I think all we have to do is go to
Jusenkyo and jump into spring of drowned man."

	"Oh."  Shoki stayed silent for a moment digesting that bit of news.
"How come you didn't say anything when we were there?"

	Ranma looked agahst for a moment as his father and Shoki looked at him.

"RANMA NO BAKA!"

	"Hey!  OUCH!!"

Well, that's all folks.  Now I can finish some of my other projects.
Unless of course I get some C&C that makes me want to change this, then
I'll be happy, nay, estatic to do so!  Any and all C&C, MST or Popups are
