Agreed.  I almost always HATE dialogues where there is no indication of
who is speaking past three or four lines.  It becomes needlessly
confusing.  SOME kind of clue should be given, just to maintain a sense
of cohesion.

I hate it when I try to tell an author that, and they disagree.  :P~  ;)
