His pyschic abilities change in another universe? Any particular

<shrug> Ask the manga artist. He decided that in this universe,
Kyosuke
could read minds.
Iya.
While not concrete, it is implied in the TV anime at least once (the
winter gondala episode) that Kyosuke might have some very weak/latent
telepathic powers. Enough to get a sleeping Kazuya to get them help
before they froze to death.
Iya. Did anyone besides Kyousuke have psychic powers in the parallel
universe?
The anime showed the sisters in the parallel universe using TK, but no
telepathy.
Oh, and I liked the story with parallel-Madoka. Part of my reason
for
writing this is because I was upset on how she was treated - Kyosuke
rescued
her, she admits that she likes him, and he teleports back to his
home
universe without replying. That *had* to be a huge slap-in-the-face
for
parallel-Madoka.
Iya. Much as I don't like Madoka, that is pretty obnoxious.
Don't know about the manga, but in the anime, it wasn't his choice. He
fell off the bike and that triggered his return trip with or without his
consent.
