Anyway, roughly speaking...
Eastern Wind == Dong Fuu

Now try slurring that first word a bit (ie, 'D'->'T' and
cutting the word a bit short).

Two, this episode was meant to be a deliberate parallel from 
past events to the present (Tofu's little story about the 
Jyusenkyou kingdom and what happens in the Tendou courtyard).

Sadly, I was not born with knowlege of all languages.

Now this would be sweet indeed...
