	Just Garou? I can see some Tengu(Corax/wereravens) or even Zhong 
Lung(Werecrocodils), Nesumi(wererats)they should be flourishing in 
megatokyo, as would Kumo(Goblin spiders/were spiders.  If you want to 
get really funky how about a Nagah(weresnakes) or Same-Bito(weresharks), 
especially if any scenes take place near the water.
	So are you going to use regular World of Darkness for it, or 
Eastern WOD?  It can really change a lot of perspectives.  Especially 
getting western Garou to adjust to Eastern Hengeyoki(shapeshifters) and 
the other shen in the area.  It is a totally different atmosphere in the 
East than the West.
