This part doesn't seem to display the major problems of the first one (POV
shifts and a few other minor problems) and the story development is good.
You've got a really nice pacing for the story, Phil, even without a lot of
action my interest hasn't waned.
Now, some specific comments.
I think that Aiko would probably be a bit more emotional regarding what
happened to her father and mother. At the very least I think her personality
would have changed somewhat due to the events in the past, but it seems from
your description of the "fire in her eyes" that she hasn't.
Ranma seems *slightly* OOC... He seems to be taking this change of situation
rather well. I'd expect him to overreact to the things that are happening a
bit more (kind of like him expecting to be hit back in part 1.)
Don't think there was anything else... Looking forward to the next part.
