In Parallel Lives, as of the latest chapter, Ranma and Ukyou are more or
less an item.  Whether this will endure remains to be seen.

In Black Moon Rising, we have not seen Ukyou yet, although we have seen
one of her descendents. As to whether Ranma and Ukyou got together at any
point in that universe, it also remains to be shown.
