I really should be working on all those projects that I have going on, but
this idea just won't go away. I do have a serious version of this fic in the
planning stage, I just wanted to 'share' this little scene with the rest of
you.
Not even bothering to name this
"So, these are the so called 'Sailor Senshi' that just appeared?" asked Sub-
commander Fuyutsuki.
"Yes sir. And you would notice that from the blood tests are for some odd
reason are giving an orange pattern," replied Dr. Akagi. She wanted to do
more tests, but Ikari wouldn't allow that. She drooled at the thought of what
she could learn if she had one hour with one of them, alone. Ritsuko drifted
off to a fantasy wonderland filled with lollipops, pretty sailor suited
warriors of love and justice, and medical equipment.
*Sigh, there she goes again. Damn, I won't get a straight answer out of her
for a while.* thought Fuyutsuki. Maia led the doctor away and took her place.
"I heard that there were five of them. There are only four of them in the
cafeteria," he pointed at the security camera display. Currently the two
blonds were stuffing their faces on cakes, while Major Katsuragi was
alternatly looking at them and into a mirror, and the tall one was making
drepeciating comments about the food, and the raven-haired one was ranting
about great evil. No one paid her any heed.
"Oh, the Commander took her to his office. He said that he wanted to know
more about them," replied Maia.
"Oh?"*That's not like him.*"Let me see a picture of her."
"Well, here's a picture of them when they first appeared in Tokyo-3." The
picture came up on the display. It showed the Senshi in various poses of
pain. "That's her, the one on the left. The one known as..Sailor Mercury."
*Why would Ikari want to talk to her? Hmm..Sailor Mercury. Cute. Young,
I'd say about 13-14. Hm.. short blue hair. Blue hair..short...blu...oh
shit.*
"Ah, good work Ibuki. Keep it up and try to get Akagi functional by sixteen
thirty."
Fuyutsuki then walked out of the room calmly, carefully. When he hit the
hallway, he ran like the hounds of hell were behind.
Meanwhile, Maia prepared to wake up Ritsuko the only way she knew how. She
giggled slightly.
Fuyutsuki ran faster and longer than he had since college. He cursed the
fact that Central Dogma was so large. He ran up the escalators, which swayed
slightly under the pounding of his feet. But it was too late. Far too late.
Sailor Mercury opened the door to Ikari's huge office. She had an expression
of barely held in rage. She slammed the door closed, and stalked away.
Fuyutsuki stood gaping, trying to force a little more oxygen into his lungs.
"Wha....what...hap..hap..hap..happen..ed?" he weezed. He was far too old and
out of shape for running like that for so long and be consequenceless. Of
course, he felt slightly gratified that he still had it in him. Or he would
have if he wasn't so damn worried.
"I DON'T WANT TO TALK ABOUT IT." Sailor Mercury then walked away, muttered
underneath her voice.
Fuyutsuki watched her go, gasping and mopping away the sweat. He cursed the
fact that Ikari had made a turtleneck sweater part of the uniform. When she
was out of sight, he slowly opened the door, quite nervous by what he would
find in that cavernous room.
Fog rolled out of the room, immediately cooling him off and chilling the
sweat. He walked to the center of the room. There he stopped, shaking his
head and clicking his toungue. What he had feared had come about. He sighed
and tried to will the headache that had suddenly sprung up.
"Really Gendo. Don't you have any self control at all?"
Ikari Gendo could not reply. His normally expressionless face had a look
that was quite...lecherous on it. His coat was open and his hands were not at
his sides or steepled in front of him, but rather looked like they were
reaching out. He was also in the middle of the room, rather than at his desk.
He was frozen in this state, for he had been frozen in a block of transparent
ice.
"God, why am I always the one that has to bail you out of trouble?" Fuyutsuki
then proceeded to chip away the ice with an ice pick.
Gendo did not reply, but if he could he would have hidden his mouth with his
hands and smirked behind them.
