Hi!  I just went to http://www.janes.com .  that website has info
about the Swedish Navy.  Japan buys stuff from Sweden, but the Swedish
Navy seems to be for self-defense only.  There was no mention of
carriers; however, they do have submarines, and they are converting
their surface fleet into a stealth fleet over the next 15 years.
