Ok, I said this was off-topic, and boy is it, so don't flame me!  :)



Did you realize that in the end of Yuu Watase's various manga (Mint de Kiss
Me, Nanko, etc.) there are Fushigi Yuugi short omakes?  They're HILARIOUS!
Most of them make fun of Nakago (like, for example, he dreams of being late
for rehearsal. He runs to the studio & right into Tamahome. Come to find
out, Tamahome's not the nice-guy we know in the manga, but is really a
jerk, and he gets all attitude on poor Nakago for being late. Later when
Nakago messes up his lines, everyone that we think is cool berates him for
it, esp. Tamahome, etc).

The one in NANKO vol. 1 is the best so far. There's a scene where everyone
gets drunk & the following happens:

-Chiriko & Hotohori flirt with each other
-Tetsuya & Keisuke kiss!
-Taitsuukun leans against Tasuki, flirting with him while he tries to
scrunch away
-Nakago is the only sober one besides Soi & he gets flowers from some fan
girl & starts crying in happiness


I highly recommend getting all of Yuu Watase's older novels if you're an FY
fan. Maybe along the way, you'll fall for her other stories as well. She
writes some horror ones, some romances and some with plots so twisted that
you want to just cry. I enjoyed every one of her works thus far. I only
have 2 more manga to purchase, and I'll have her complete published works.
