working out several different stories (Aughhhhhh, how did i get myself into
this!)
need some data if anyone's got it.

1) i read many years ago about an event, apparently more historic than mythic,
 wherein a single wolf laid siege to a fair sized town in the Middle Ages. i
think
 it was in France. Anybody know the town name/location? Planning on having
 a cursed spring of whatever it was.

2) has there been any OFFICIAL or at least semi-official story behind what
caused
 the Cursed Springs to develop? Why these curses, effects, etc? i know that
the
 waters supposedly are from Phoenix Mountain, but not the why of the magical
 charge or the howcome.

3) supposedly there has been all sorts of magical creatures in the series,
Phoenix
 Mountain's harpies for example, but in the manga were there ever werewolves
or
 evidence of other magical springs/curses?
