It hasn't been mentioned here yet, but at A-kon Viz announced that they
would be continuing to release their translation of X in a new
magazine/comic anthology they are releasing called Animerica Extra.
This new mag seems to be taking the place of Manga Vision which is being
discontinued. They're also releasing Fushigi Yuugi and I forget what
else in the new anthology.

The "what else" is none other than Katsura Masakazu's classic "Video Girl
Ai". Many Katsura-sensei fans have been waiting for this to be ported over
for years.

It looks like Viz has another winner on its hands. Video Girl Ai should
sell tens of thousands of volumes of Animerica Extra extra just by itself
-- the art and story are unparalleled works of art.

Mmmm... Shadow Lady and Video Girl Ai both being translated in the same
year -- it's going to be a good year for Katsura-sensei fans indeed.
