Have you seen Dirty Pair Flash?  Yuri has that kick-ass purple 'light
saber', which she uses to smack around an army of thugs in part one.  No
special moves per se, but she's really good with the thing. (And she's
cute) 

Nuku Nuku.  Her fighting style is 'playing', where playing consists of
hunting down military equipment.

An afterthought.  Sun Wu'Kong, from the old story Journey West fits your
qualifications perfectly.  He can 'clone' himself temporarily by spitting
a hair and commanding it to change.  He's immortal, since he crossed his
name off the book of the dead.  He's impervious to weapons, ever since he
raided the medicine cabinet of heaven.  He can fly on a cloud, change his
size, walk through walls...  I'm probably missing a lot of stuff.

He may not be capable of throwing chi blasts, or use special secret
kung-fu moves, but he's a damn good fighter.  Using him, however, would
seriously compromise the balance on any fighting tournament.  I'd rate him
higher that Goku of DBZ, since even Goku never waged war upon heaven.

Fighting style is with a staff that's supposed to weigh something like a
couple thousand kilos, or something like that (I'm not too sure of the
Chinese unit-Metric unit conversion rate).  Fighting in the sky is his
specialty, though he has also fought underwater.

His character?  How do you expect a monkey to act?  Play's lots of tricks.

Up to the challenge, anyone?

The sardines weren't worth the trouble.  A few more shots, then 
Ryoga-san would overheat and explode.  Ducking around a corner, 
I managed to lose him as I entered the ramshackle residence of 
my Anime supplier.

One look at his face and I knew that I was betrayed.  "Tell me."
I insisted.  He refused, so I slammed him against the wall.
"Last chance.  Where can Ranma-Ranma find good fanfics?"
"Try Jason Liao." he whispered, before he slumped to the floor.
I heard the sounds of a door splintering as I left through the 
window, one step ahead of Tendo Heavy Industries...
