Well, there's two major Evangelion Fanfic sites open. Keep in mind that both
archives do not archive any EVA fanfics from FFML because they're sorta in
'Testing' stages.

This one has about every EVA fanfic released, and is updated frequently.

And there's mine , NGE MAGI Evangelion Fanfic Superdatabase. Even though it's
up and running, it's still under construction. I hope to have everything
updated and revised by the end of Summer, September at latest. Also, expect a
possible website move, as I've found more webspace that I just needed. Just
check in occasionally.
