Sorry to ask such a silly question here, but this has been bothering me.
Is kawaiikune slang for kawaikunai (not cute)?  I'm assuming it's a guy
way to say it?  I see it all the time in Ranma fanfics, but I haven't
seen much Ranma in a very long time.  Please respond personally so as
not to clutter the ML.  Thanks!

Kawaikune (Or kawaikunee) is Ranma's expression, which Viz translated to
'non-cute'. 
There's also 'irokegane' which I think is what Viz translated to 'non-sexy'.
