[Scene opens in a garden at Togenkyo. Akane is wearing the costume Toma
gave her and is sitting at the rim of a huge fountain, with a statue of a
running couple whose faces were looking at each other and smiling. Akane is
silently twirling a long stemmed flower in her hands. She sighs as she gets
up from the fountain. ]

[Start music.]
  
"If there's a prize, for rotten judgment. I guess I've already won that� 

"No man is worth the aggravation�"

"That's ancient history� been there� done that!"

< Who d'ya think you're kiddin'�
  He's the Earth and heaven to you�
  Try to keep it hidden�
  Honey, we can see right through you.
  Girl, you can't conceal it�
  We know how ya feeling and who you're thinking of� >

[Sitting on a stone bench, her hand cradling her cheek>

"No chance, no way, I won't say it� No, No."

[Getting up and continues to walk through the gardens.]

< You swoon� 
  You sigh�
  Why deny it� 
  Uh oh�  >


"It's too clich�, I won't say I'm in love."


[Together, with the muses singing in the back ground.]


"I thought my heart had learned its lesson. 
 It feels so good when you start out.
 My head is screaming, get a grip girl,

[Akane with arms stretched on either side of her spinning as she sang.]

   Hon, we saw ya hit the ceiling.

[Passing a statue of a couple kissing.]

[Passing a staute of an male angel kissing a young girl.]

[Scene: Four tall white pillars, with a shallow pool in front of them with
imbedded stepping stones. Statues line the background as well as a
beautiful garden.]
 
[Akane is skipping on some sunken pillars when she suddenly slips and is
caught by the arms of a statue. She looks up at the stone figure's face and
an image settles on the stone of Ranma smiling back at her. Smiling she
gets up and leans on his chest and blushes furiously, smiling up at him.
Realizing her position, she quickly disentangles herself from the statue as
the image of Ranma disappears.] 

"This scene won't play, 
 I won't say I'm in love..."

[Akane walks away, headed for the gardens.] 

<  You're doin' flips�
   Read our lips: You're in love.  >

[In the back ground.]


<Shu-rup, shu-rup. She won't say it out load.>


"You're way off base, I won't say it." 


"Get off my case, I won't say it."


[Sitting on the fountain from where she first started.]


<  Girl, don't be so proud�
   It's O.K. you're in love�  >

[Music slowing down.]

[Akane's hand touches the flower she first discarded. Picking it up, she
brought it closer to her chest as she began to dream of Ranma and she
slowly sinks in, settling down on the rim of the fountain.]


"At least out loud�I won't say I'm in�love."


<Shalalalala� hahhhhhhhhh�>


[Akane smiling on the rim of the fountain, flower on her chest as the whole
scene blackens]

Well that's it. Hope you liked it. This is my first attempt at a song fic,
hope I didn't do to bad. It would have really helped if you've seen the
movie and imagining it, replacing Megara with Akane as she sang this song
in the gardens.
