Yep.  I was too tired of seeing the typical Kodachi/Tatewaki
personifications, so I recreated them into more believable characters.

3. The story isn't about boyfriend/girlfriend stuff (that just plain 
gets one nowhere). 

.. Umm.  Not really, but the fic does involve Ranma+Kodachi & Ranma+Kuno
relationships.

4. The story touches on their 'strange' relationship (ie, Kuno behaves 
like a dad toward Kodachi sometimes). 

Somewhat.

5. Tries to explain rationally why the Kunos behave as they do (I tried 
myself, if you were wondering... shameless fic plug)

I got a good explanation in store..

Damn, what a shameless plug for my incomplete fanfic, and I'm not even
sure people will like it.
