Thoughts, anyone?

I suppose that being an avid x-over guy myself and wanting opinions and
thoughts on my story ideas before posting them it wouldn't be fair to ban
writing about story ideas in it's entirety.  On the other hand if it
reduces spam by  at least 75% then it won't be so bad. Perhaps if the
afformentioned authors who suggested the thing would actually write about
it, or that it doesn't consist of one liners, that they have already at
least a prolouge written as part of the suggested fussion fic, is this
enough of a compromise?
