As I understand it, something that translated roughly as Mr. Cool
Taro. The original being Pantyhose Taro. I don't know the Japanese.
-Tenkawa Akito
The original napme Happosaï gave him was Pansuto Tarô, then
the crew drugged Happy to make him think he in Jusenkyo again and about
to name the kid. Happy does it again with the Pansto Tarô thing but
changes his mind: it will be..."Sarumata Saburô". (I can't recall
what "sarumata" refers to, but I guess it's about underwear too). Taro
turns Berserk...and finally changes his own name for Kakkoï Tarô
(cool Tarô, as you said.)The trouble is, since he's the one who changed
it that way, nobody seems to feel the need to refer to him with that name...and
everybody is used already to call him "Pansuto Tarô". He kidnapps
Happy again (to the Saotome and Tendô crew's delight) and flies uponh
the sea. He wants to force Hammy in giving him a new name all for good.
It doesn't work, so he just drops the old lech into the sea and leaves...
Somehow, I pity this poor guy. Don't you?
