this is a copy of what's on my website. put here strictly for
purposes of feedback. don't ask me for a copy of the story,
in most cases it's only an outline anyway.
as always, if someone's already done it, let me know so i
can read it instead of going through the effort! ^_^
CURRENT PROJECTS:
revised as some projects are finished, some
are added, and others deleted for lack of interest.
Neutral Ground: (alterniverse)
Two powerful beings bet on who can cause the most
divergence from a tiny change in the timestream. This
is Ishtar/Takahashi/Aphrodite's alteration, which has
the Tendos and Saotomes meeting on "Neutral Ground."
One of the story arcs in "The Bet" 3/6 done
Dragon's Destiny: (alterniverse)
Two powerful beings bet on who can cause the most
divergence from a tiny change in the timestream. This
is Toltiir's reply to his opponent's alteration. The
Saotomes visit another one of the infamous sites in
the guidebook BEFORE Jusenkyo, and Genma makes a wish
that Ranma was truly a "man among men, no, a man
BEYOND men."
One of the story arcs in "The Bet" 4/6 done
The Bet storyarc also contained Mushroom Madness, The
Doll, and Imprinting (formerly Eternal Blue)
GETTING EVEN: (continuation/si)
a little bit different. Grey, the very reluctant
incubus, gets clobbered by Akane as a case of mistaken
identity. While commisserating with Ranma, Grey's
ability to influence dreams cause the two to come up
with a plan.
Akane has a VERY realistic dream wherein she's got a
father named Genma who's just dragged her all over China
and has now met a fiancee named Ranma Tendo who's really
not happy with the situation. How does Akane handle the
role reversal?
Dragonbrawl 1/2: (alterniverse/xover)
Two powerful beings bet on who can cause the
most divergence from a tiny change in the timestream.
Other beings get in on "the Bet" introducing changes
in other alterniverses. A minor deity named Lukan alters
a single wish made by a single being. The being is
Pilaf, and the wish goes from turning Son Goku into a
child, to swapping him with Ranma Saotome just as Ranma
is entering Jusenkyo. Ranma barely wins against Pilaf's
combat mecha and is trained by Dende and Piccolo as a
new Z Warrior. Son Goku defeats Shampoo. Then things
start to get crazy.
Saint Ranma (crossover)
Saint Saeya, a series dealing with the resurgence of
the Greek gods, totem constellations and martial arts,
ran in the late 80s, early 90s in Japan. Ranma deals
with martial arts, supernatural elements, and special
manuevers. In this crossover almost all the original
Saints are dead, slain by a new enemy. Dragon Shiryu
needs to find new recruits and FAST, before the Enemy
recovers to full power again. ON HOLD.
Interesting Times (Ranma/Xover/Original)
Just before his marriage to Akane, Ranma wishes
someone else had his problems. Toltiir hears and grants
the wish. Ranma still has all of his problems though,
they've just been duplicated four times and hit various
other characters. Ryouga is one. The storyline focusses
on number two, an American who suddenly finds himself
with the same sort of problems Ranma has. The names,
curses, faces, etc are different but the overall effect
is generally the same. The major changes are how this
character deals with the various problems in his life
and how to resolve them. The title, of course, reflects
the curse of "may you live in interesting times."
Mirror Darkly (Ranma/Xover/Aramar)
Akane knocks Ranma through a magic mirror. While
investigating, Shampoo, Ukyou and Nabiki also vanish.
When Ranma & Company finally return, ten years have
passed. Akane has married Ryouga, both Kunos are in
an institution following their attack on Akane's
wedding, The Nekohanten and Ucchan's were closed a long
time ago. Mousse is married to Ko Em. Cologne went back
to her village with Mousse.
Marionette Genesis R (fusion)
Fusion of Ranma 1/2 characters, Sabre Marionette J,
Neon Genesis Evangelion, & Five Star Stories. Maybe
some BGC, Gall Force, and Tenchi Muyo. Mankind
has landed on a planet (Beta Orion III) and all of the
menfolk were wiped out when the colony's computer was
taken over by the Invader: Schroeda. Cloning has
produced a population of only women. Into this world
were developed masculine-looking but genderless
creatures called Drones, who do all the scut work and
don't have much in the way of intelligence. These are
also able to interface with the big battlemechs, though
a human presence is also needed.
Two hundred years after the War, the Intruder is
again awake and sending units into the human encampments
to destroy the human infestation. Enter our groups of
heroes, who find that there are some males, apparently
cyborgs, who were placed in cryostasis for when the
virus had died out. One of these is named Ranma Saotome.
Role Paying Game: (fusion) (FF7/Ranma)
Happosai wants to teach his pupil a lesson in
respect. It works about as well as any of his other
plans. A cursed TV set that sucks people into the psuedo
reality on the other side, but instead of sucking Ranma
into the porno video that Happi was planning to use,
Ukyou hooks up her Playstation and is showing off some
of the moves in the game FF7- Gold Edition.
Ranma Saotome > Cloud Strife
Ukyou Kuonji > Tifa Lockhart
Kasumi Tendo > Aeris
Ryouga Hibiki > Barrett
Nabiki Tendo > Yuffie
Akane Tendo > Red XIII
Shampoo > Cid Highwind
Sephiroth > Happosai
Dr Hojo > Kodachi Kuno
obviously this is gonna depart from FF7's usual plotline
pretty damn quickly.
Now Printing (alterniverse)
another tiny change in the timeline, caused as
part of "The Bet." In this one, Takahashi's love for the
use of imprinting is felt during the "Am I pretty?
Ranma's Declaration Of Womanhood" episode. Instead of
getting better when he hits his head again in the pond,
Ranma "re-imprints." The first time, "Ranko" imprinted
on Kasumi - the first person she saw when she awoke.
This time Nabiki is snapping pictures of unconcious
Ranma when Ranma awakes and imprints- on Nabiki. Can
Nerima possibly withstand two Nabikis?
obviously this can happen several times during
the stories with more imprinting, esp considering how
often Akane tries for a head shot. Ranma/Happosai,
Ranma/Akane, and Ranma/Shampoo planned.
