Just what terrible thing did Usagi (aka Chibi-Usa) do to Sako to make Sako
have such a long-standing hate-and-total-disdain for her?

The only thing I saw pre-teen Usagi do was try to get her "older sister"
and guardian-from-birth (Sako) out of jail when she knew that Sako hadn't
done anything wrong. And that's a perfectly expected, and even reasonable,
thing to do as far as I'm concerned.

Well Usagi kind of mistreated Younger Mars, who had replaced Sakuya as
her guardian. That kind of ticked Sakuya off. I really think that
Sakuya over-reacted, but she's a nasty person and I don't like her
anyway, so....

Yeah, but Sakuya was totally tee'd off at her the second she heard that
Usagi was trying to get her out of jail. This was before Usagi pulled the
stuff with Younger Mars, IIRC. (I sort of like Sakuya, btw, but I agree
that she's got her nasty moments.)

However, Sakuya was ready to "forgive" (and I say forgive in a very
sarcastic tone) Usagi. She even invited Usagi to her wedding, after
which she planned to demonstrate said forgiveness.

Did she invite Usagi, or did she invite the Royal Family? Two different
things here.

Then Usagi was antagonized by her sister, which led to her chasing said
sister around the room and totally disrupting Sakuya's wedding. Sakuya
was angry at the time, and almost immediately afterwards completed the
ceremony and left on her honeymoon.

Borderline-psycho that Sakuya is (and I admit that's a value judgement)
characters have been speculating that when she gets back, she's going to
"literally" kill Usagi.

Yes, the characters did use the word "literally" and the word "kill" in
the same sentence. I wonder if Serenity will post guards.
