Just what terrible thing did Usagi (aka Chibi-Usa) do to Sako to
make Sako
have such a long-standing hate-and-total-disdain for her?

She misused her authority as Crown Princess in an unladylike,
spoiled, and childish manner.

Bingo! I must admit even I forgot that point. ^_^;; It's one of the main
reasons as well.

The only thing I saw pre-teen Usagi do was try to get her "older
sister"
and guardian-from-birth (Sako) out of jail when she knew that Sako
hadn't
done anything wrong. And that's a perfectly expected, and even
reasonable,
thing to do as far as I'm concerned.

Except for three things:

1. Sakuya *had* breached the Senshi code of conduct. Regardless of
having a good reason for doing so.

There were other ways as well to get Sakuya out of jail. Usagi could have
simply broken her promise to Sakuya and spilled her guts about the entire
affair. While Sakuya wouuld not have gotten off totally unscathed she
likely would have gotten out a little sooner.

2. Small Lady is expected to behave according with her station. Her
behavior at that time was anything *but* appropriate for the Crown
Princess of Crystal Tokyo. Sakuya was very disappointed in her for
acting this way.

I think one of the biggest factors is that people forget that Usagi is a
Crown Princess and as such has a high standard of behavior that must be
kept. Before this fic I always thought of Usagi(Chibi-Usa( as Chibi-Moon,
or Usagi's daughter. As Lurker points out Sakuya was very disappointed in
her; wether that was right or wrong is another matter. What matters is that
it's Sakuya's POV.

3. Keep Sakuya's personality in mind. While many people would have
seen Small Lady's actions as perfectly understandable, Sakuya would
see them as an insult and an embarrassment, to herself, to Neo-Queen
Serenity, and to the Sailor Senshi.

That has hit it right on the head.

Thansk for the comments Lurker and everybody else for that matter.
