RT's only link to lum is the fact that she was nicknamed Rum as a child and
in Japan the L and R sounds are interchangeable therefore Rum and Lum
prettey much sound the same in Japanese.

Most of Lum's attributes (excluding the powers and short temper) are from
this talk show host in China I believe (it may be Japan...) named... Lum!
