True, but don't forget that Kuririn (a human) learned the Kami-hame-ha, as well as some other powerful ki attacks, and was pretty dang strong by the end of the series.  He might not have been as strong as the Super-Saiyajins, but he was still pretty dang strong - I would say at least as strong as a regular Saiyajin.   

Given Ranma's quick learning ability when it comes to martial arts, I'm pretty sure that if Ranma spent some time (re: several years at least) in the DBZ universe, with the proper training he could become at least as powerful as Kuririn, if not more so.

I personally would like to see what Ranma could do after spending a year in the Room of Spirit and Time.  ^_^
