	Very good!  I'm looking forward to seeing chapter 2.  However, 

Author's note: Yes, we will be seeing Futana and Misaki later. The FKC
characters are two years older than in the FKC series, so all of their
canon adventures have already occurred.

	The last volume, No. 8.  had Futaba, Misaki and Kurin fly away
on the spaceship that the island had grown from.  They then returned
after 8 years in space.  While in space, they find out that Misaki is
related to the Shimeru clan and has the Shimeeru star hormone secretion
gland.  You may want to make this an Alternaverse that is canon through
volume 7, but volume 8 doesn't occur.
