Well, what can I say.  I like the fic (at least what is written.)

General comments:

1)  I do agree with Mr Leifker with the compliment with details in the Tokyo
PD.  If only more authors paid as much attention to detail as you.  

2)  The bit involving the locals (and even the higher-ups) "covering their own
asses" is all but true (especially where I work.)

3)  Mr. GUtB/Critic/etc. may say that the "outsider looking at the Ranma cast"
is overused, but I like where this is going.  If he speaks up on this fanfic,
I would probably ignore him.

Now, I would like to say that I don't care who is revealed to be the killer.
I don't really have any favorite Ranma character.  (If you suggest that Lum is
the killer, though, there may be a few ZAKS! coming your way.) ^_-
