This idea just struck me one day, and I can't let go of it.

What if a Hollywood film production company brought R 1/2, and decided

make it into a block buster movie (North American verison)?  Who'd get

Ranma(kun and chan): Leo Dicaprio (androgynous looks, boyish

girl-magnet . . . need I say more ?)

Ranma-chan: Sarah Michelle Gellar for Ranma-Chan, cause she's short and

Ranma-kun: Not Leo, way too skinny. Maybe Ben Afflect or Casper Van

from Starship troopers. Or maybe the Tommy guy from Power Rangers.

Akane: Winona Ryder (I've seen her in Mermaids, and she was GREAT
protraying shy girls who don't know how to express their feelings)

Akane: I'm tempted to say Neve Campbell,

Ryoga: Marky Mark (Bulging Muscles and all . . . )

Ryouga: Matt Damon

Shampoo: Kate Winslet (she was SO good at playing feisty, spirited
