Hi, I've been seeing allot of these 'Bet' fics on the list
lately. I like most of them, but I missed out on what it's all about. I
know the basic premise, make a small change and get a big effect. But  I
missed out on an exsplanation or the basic rules of the whole thing. [Or
is that the only one?] Could someone help me out with this?
Who the hell is that Toltir guy anyway? I get the feeling its something
from a book I didn't read.
	It's an interesting Idea that has given us allot fo good stories.
The fact that you don't need to continue them  is good too.
