Gomen, gomen....


Lately, I've been really getting into anime vids set to music and was
wondering how to do it.  Dragonmaster Cale instructed me on a method
involving two vcrs with a CD input for the audio track.  What I was
wondering was if there was a way to do it on a PC.  Specifically I would
like to take the images from VCR (still and motion), edit them on my PC, lay
the audio track, and then transfer the finished product back onto a VHS
tape.

Any help would be appreciated.

64 MB SDRAM
2 GBs left on the HD
Aztech SC128-3D sound card
Win95/NT Server 4 SP3/NT Workstation 4 SP3
