The ranking is based in what place they got for each catagory from 6-1

#4 Kodachi
#5 Nabiki
#6 Kasumi

 Belphara ran the survey, so I suppose he has the right to run it anyway he
wants. But, based on a strict average of vote percentiles, here are the
placements

Shampoo 27.250%
Akane   23.375%
ukyo    22.500%
Kasumi  11.375%
Kodachi 08.000%
Nabiki  07.500%
