Secondly, my fic idea.

I had an epiphany of sorts while reading Dante's Inferno recently. Upon
pondering Canto 1 and substituing a cabbit for the panther, I decided that
an Anime Inferno would be amusing.

As such, I'm starting work on a poetic parody, canto by canto, of Dante's
Inferno, based on the verse-structure used by the Pinsky (sp?)
translation.

Neat idea. Reminds me of my idea to do an anime version of
Chaucer's Canterbury Tales. Hopefully yours will actually get off the
ground... although it seems rather ambitious.

My question is, do any of you other literary types want to assist?

Sure. Haven't read much of the Inferno, yet, but I've been
meaning to. This is as good of an excuse to do so as any. Two problems,
though: couldn't help till next semester (this one is just a _little_ too
full as is), and I only really know a select few animes (Ranma, which you
dislike; I could probably bluff my way through SM; maybe SF; and a few
others...)

	Later!
	(And good luck!)
