In the last chapter of Shampoo 1/2 I posted, several people have asked me
 how is it Ukyou knew the 'Bakusaii Tenketsu' to blow Tessai into tiny
 pieces.

Actually, we weren't wondering HOW Ukyo knew the technique, we were wondering
why it worked to blow Tessai apart. The Bakusai Tenketsu doesn't work on
living things, remember? Only rocks or other similarly non-living things. You
CAN'T use it to blow somebody else apart.

Unless you make it so that you hit the breaking points on their bones, in
which case it is no longer Tenketsu, it is Bakusai Tensatsu, a technique
pioneered by RpM.
