that's a little coincidental.

Washuu says to Ryoko "as you are concected to Ryo-ohki, so am I connected
to you, my dear. So I know... everything,..." She then proceeds to tease
her about Tenchi.

If she knew everything Ryoko knew then there is no coincedence at all to
her knowing Mihoshi's name.
