"A tiny change, here." Pestilence gestured.
Looking over at the Four Horsemen, Toltiir had to shake his head. *I get
Gods, Goddesses, Powerful Aliens and Ancient Dragons. Why not the incarnation
of Death, War, Famine and Pestilence?* he thought. Taking his eyes from
Pestilence and looking over at the other three Horsemen, "You do know that
this entry will be considered as having been made by all three of you as
well."
Seeing them all agree just sent shivers down Toltiir's spine. Although
he loved chaos and mischief, there was just something about these four
individuals in front of him that just didn't sit well with him. It might have
been the fact that all four of them represented something so similar to
Ragnarok for the Gods. Shaking the feeling off, Toltiir looked into the pool
and had to keep himself from smacking himself. *I should have known better.
They do live up to their names though.*
Down on Asgard, several small events started a chain reaction, a
snowball effect if you will.
In an unknown military installation, a man wearing a uniform with the
supreme commander insignia on his chest, looked into the lense of a handheld
camcorder. "My name is Nari. I send this tape out as a warning to the United
Nations and especially the United States. Any further actions from either
side against me will force my hand. I have in my possession the most powerful
biochemical weapon ever devised by mankind. If I feel that my reign is
threaten in any way I shall release this bio-weapon into the air and water."
he spoke.
Looking at the virus that that mortal had in his possession, Toltiir had
to turn and look at the Four Horsemen with a little respect. "You guys do
have a sense of humor, sick as it is. This entry has possibilities for
mischief gallore." Seeing how they were lined up, "I wager that Pestiline
will be first to visit Asgard, next Death, then War. I just don't see where
you fit in Famine."
Smiling, "Wait for it," was the answer Famine gave Toltiir.
So what do you all think so far? I've been told that this plotline had
recieved many negative reviews. I do not know why. I felt it had great
potiential, more so than many of the other bet storylines where Ranma become
near perfect. One reason why I picked this up is that I have recently been
writing more and more scenes with Ranma being depressed or something. Yes
most of my fics in the next month or so will have this as part of the theme.
