Er... why?

Forgive me, but this is the Fanfic Mailing List.  People send fics to this
list because they are unfinished works that they want comments and criticism
on.  There were stylistic problems with this story, and people commented on
it.

If this was a story that the author did not want C&C on, it should not have
been sent to this list but instead sent to rec.arts.anime.creative.

Anything sent to the FFML is fair game for C&C.  It is not a place to
publish finished works.

And it is a very good sign that so many people commented on this story.  If
they did not like it, they would not have wanted to see it improved.

and, if you wanna know what sparked the whole thing off,
well... I got two words for ya...

SUCK IT!

This is certainly an unnecessarily antagonistic attitude.  Why even make
this kind of statement?  Simply say that you do not wish to discuss the
reasons behind the writing of the story.  Respect begets respect.
