Lina Inverse from Slayers, Serena/Usagi and Sailor Saturn from

Sailor Moon, Tenchi from Tenchi Muyo Ryo-ohki, Yohko from Devil Hunter
Yohko, and Hikaru from Magic Knights Rayearth, are each the
representatives/avatars of a particular diety, or group of gods.  They
are summond by their gods, and are sent to fight a powerful force
which threatens even the gods themselves.

Hikaru: Isn't this awfully close to-

Cerina: Uh huh.

Hikaru-herself (hey, she is a goddess in Cefiro)

 
[The trio look at each other.]

Cerina: Sorry, DragonBard, but this idea's being done (with a few
minor changes: no Slayers, DHY, etc.). Bunch of people from alternate
worlds come together to fight evil and keep Ragnarok from coming and
destroying the gods- 

Hikaru: Alternate worlds?

Cerina: *wince* Dammit, I've said too much. Anyway, our author's been
working on this for several months now, so....

Hikaru: Not an original idea, then?

Cerina: Nope. The other ideas.... I'm sorry, but that Ranma
time-traveling thing made no sense to me whatsoever. It would cause
one hell of a time paradox, not to mention that who would go back or
why is unclear.

Hikaru: So...?

[Silence.]

Cerina: *uncomfortable laugh* You might wanna make your ideas a bit
clearer before you put them out. Don't get discouraged, though.... it
just takes time to churn out a good idea. *looks to Hikaru* Now what
do I do? I'm not used to this kind of critique!

[LilTigre then dashes through the room, dragging a huge  bag behind
her.]

Cerina: What th- Hey! That's MY chocolate stash! You get back here,
you little furball-

[Hikaru watches the madcap chase with a resigned sigh.]

Hikaru: I guess I could practice my script on the Izumo set... 

[A loud scream echoes through from another room.]

Hikaru: ...or maybe not. *looks to the ceiling* I'm going to study my
lines somewhere peaceful.... now whre's the Tendo dojo set?

[fade out.]
