No need.  I believe that what you have just said is more than adequate an
apology, especially since such ideas are "common and easily generated".  Had
you written a 75 page story that was similar page per page to someone else's
I would be trying to shove you under that rock but this is different.

Retool your creative front, come up with another idea, and write it.  With
'write it' being the important part.

Desires" may have been a rip-off of a work recently done by the Author
Shakudo Seikigi.  I based the fic upon a joke told to me by a friend of

"A Christmas Treat" before and am incredibly sorry to have done this.
