Actually, Eric, that's the Tokyo Tower, a broadcast tower in Tokyo that is 
literally a dead-ringer for the Eiffel Tower. It shows up in a GREAT many 
anime that are set in or have scenes in Tokyo, especially Magical Knights 
Rayearth.
