I am responding due to some of the C&C that this fic received.

The points that I would like to address are as follows:

    1)Use of Scouters from Dragonball Z.

            Scouters read *current* power levels not max or potential power
levels.
            This was shown in Dragonball Z (Chapter 214, Located in Vol. 18
of the
            Japanese Manga and Issue 1, Part 2 of the Viz Comics
translation.  This
            is shown by Vejita when he tells Nappa to take off his Scouter
because the
            people they are fighting (the Z-fighters) can alter their power
levels to suit
            the battle.

            Because of this, the author of the fic can still bring in people
from Ranma-
            Earth who are as powerful, if not more than, Ranma.  After all
if Ranma is
            dumb enough not to know about this problem he could end up in a
battle
            that is not going anywhere like what he was expecting.

    2)God Ranma.

            While I do not care for fics with characters who totally
outclass every other
            character in the story by a long margin. I would not say that
the situation is
            hopeless  in this case.  After all unless Ranma was physically
altered on the
            Dragonball Earth, others can reach his level of power. Such as
Ryoga.
            While I am not all that fond of Ryoga, him being able to train
up to Ranma's
            level is a lot more likely than Kuno.

            As Razor-X said, Kuno need not beat Ranma in a fight to
humiliate him.  Of
            course this may take a little more rationality than I am willing
to give Kuno.  If
            on the other hand Kodachi should take Ranma's actions against
her brother
            as an insult to her family, who knows.  After all Ranma may be a
powerful
            fighter, but he is still Ranma (i.e.. socially inept).
