If you insist on rehashing an unsolvable argument, couldja at least
include a comment or two on the story, or the writing? I know if I were
the writer, I'd be bloody pissed to see people going on and on about
bullets and martial artists but not sparing a single moment to come up
with any actual HELPFUL feedback.
What you're describing here is exactly the way I felt about that
pedantic Shan Pu vs. Xian Pu thread that grew out of a reply to my fic.
I admitted that I'd made a mistake and asked that the argument be
dropped. Was it? Of course not. The least the one can do in a
situation like this is change the subject of the thread.
