i'll try to answer. it's been a couple of years since i 
watched this stuff, though. keep in mind that i'm major
uncomfortable trying to write lemons, so i couldn't do
this story. (it's Dragon Pink, it HAS to have lemon scenes.)

Why the empty-eyed look? (or is this the 'slave' part?)

At first she's just confused by the events.

As for the panties. Those are the legendary cursed
panties of Torajima!

Can they be removed?

like i said, it's been a few years. i would imagine they
can or that they merge with the flesh of the wearer.

By putting them on, Ranma-chan
will be cursed forever after to be a cat-slave!

How does this integrate with Neko ken?

It supercedes it. 

Is any of Ranma's personality left?

not in female form, and in this story should at least
initially be stuck in female form. restoring the ability
to change back would be one of Akane's priorities,
or at least you'd think so.

If some of Ranma *is* left, does she consider herself
Akane's personal slave? The Tendou family's slave?

everyone's slave at first. Eventually she may be Akane's
bodyslave...

Will Ranma be a boy-crazy nymphomaniac? (I don't
know Dragon Pink, so I don't know how Pink acts...)

i don't think so. An Akane-crazy nymphomaniac is
a distinct possibility.

Will Neko-Pink-Ranma still have any interest in the
Art?

not in cursed form. reflexes will remain.

Would she take over all the household chores for
Kasumi?

i can't see Kasumi totally relinquishing them, but 
certainly i could see Kasumi glad of having the help.

Does Ranma ever even *remember* anything about
her former existence?

yes, but it's a completely different personality.

Would this be something to unite Soun and Genma
against Happy?

temporarily. then the Master beats the snot out of them.
then Soun and Genma see all the housework that their
catslave is happily doing and prob get the idea of hitting
Akane with Spring Of Drowned Virtuous Man and then
they can still carry on the Anything Goes, etc. etc.

It *certainly* seems like it would unite Akane, Ukyou,
Shampoo, and Cologne against him...

none of them like him anyway. one can see Ukyou 
proclaiming that THIS is why Akane and the Tendos
are unsuitable for her Ranchan and the Amazons wanting
to take the catslave back to the Amazon Village where they
can try to cure it. (Eventually Cologne should be the one to
figure out how to unlock Ranma's curse.)

Is this set just before the wedding in Chapter 38?
(Meaning, for instance, Nodoka knows of the curse?)

it was a near wedding, and this crossover was meant to
take place immediately thereafter.

I've thought *way* too much about this story already...

the thing is, Happi's a worldclass panty thief, why wouldn't he
go after cursed/magical female undergarments. you'd think such
things would be irresistable to him.
