... And it's TIME for a CHANGE!

(Hey... could have been worse. The subject could have been "Do you
smell what The Flash is cookin'?")

Okay, I know I haven't written anything in forever (not that it'd be
noticed in all this Spam... and all the Spam about the Spam... and
all the Spam about the Spam about the Spam and [Singing] Spam spam
spam spam spam spa... *Ahem*, you get the idea. ^_^) and I know this
is only a pair of teasers instead of whole chapters... but I've been
busy with collage, non-FFML related works and a job working at the
local 15-screen movie theater.

Anyway...

First off, a teaser for chapter 6 for my SI Fic: FFML Sentai Fiveman..

It was a calm December evening, somewhere in the city of Tokyo... or
one of the Tokyo's in the Multiverse, if you want to get technical.
The two young lovers, a boy and girl, both dressed in school
uniforms, were making their way home from school as the streetlights
flickered, illuminating their path and putting all outside the light
into dark, mysterious shadows.
However, they weren't scared of those shadows. They had lived in
this neighborhood all their lives and knew nothing was in the
darkness to hurt them.
Of course, I wouldn't be telling you about this if they weren't dead
wrong on that particular night.
"Excuse me..." a deep, baratone voice called from the shadows, "I
need your help. I'm very hungry."
The boy turned his head to glare at the one in the shadows, and
perhaps tell him or her to bugger off or something like that, but
stopped as all he saw was a pair of yellow eyes. Eyes with black
pupils so dark and deep that he felt like he was drowning in them as
he lost all consious control of himself.
His girlfriend, curious to see what was so facinating about what was
probably a street bum, turned to look and she was caught in the eye's
spell as well. "You will help me," the voice connected with the eyes
asked, "won't you?"
The two nodded with blank looks on their faces. "Then come closer,
my friends," the voice said, "For I still hunger."
The two could feel their limbs moving towards the eyes. They wanted
to turn, wanted to run away... but couldn't break away from those
eyes, even as their consious minds screams became more desperate...
and then faded away to nothing as the voice said, "That's right...
closer. Come closer to me..."
As their eyes adjusted to the lower level of light, they could
finally see what had summond them. By the time that happened though,
they were so deeply entranced they couldn't even gasp, let alone
scream like they wanted to.
The creature opened it's mouth and a long, blood red tounge shot out
and wrapped around the boy's body. With impossible stength, the
tounge lifted him off the ground and towards the creatures mouth,
which had opened to a size it should not have been able to.
With three solid gulps, like a snake swallowing a frog, the boy was
forced down the monster's throat. The girl wanted to weep, wanted to
run away, wanted to kick and scream at the monstrosity in front of
her... but the hypnotic gaze of the monster kept her in place as a
shadowy, feminine form appeared behind the monster silently and said,
"A school girl... but not the right one."
"Still," the monster replied, opening it's mouth to use it's tounge
again, "She will be a tasty meal... for Kah."

Here's the opening scene of TRIO: Chapter 37

				   TRIO:
				 IN THE WEB

It's amazing what can happen in an hour.

An hour ago, the members of the super hero team known as the Trio
had been in a somewhat relaxed mood. Ranma and Usagi had been
preparing to have lunch together and enjoy each others company.
Gohan had been resting at home, leasurly studying an oversized book
with a complicated sounding title.

Now they were in Manhatten, along side one of the city's most
promanant super heroes; Spider-Man, and fighting an inumerable hoard
of humans who had been transformed into werewolves by the Eclipse
Syndicate.

Sometimes, what can happen in an hour can really suck.

Sayamans' punch sent another of the tranformed humans flying away.
He grit his teeth in frustration. He knew that it would get up in
short order, since he was unable to use his full power on the
innocent victims he and his friends were now facing. "We've got to
weaken them a little more," he called out, "then you can try and heal
them, Sailor Moon."

"A little more, he says," Spider-Man grumbled, "Sure, no problem.
There's only about three hundred of them."

"So?" Yin Yang-chan shot back as she spin kicked two werewolves,
"That just means we gotta fight for five minutes instead of two."

Spider-Man rolled his eyes under his mask and shot a duo of web
lines at a female werewolf, dressed like a waitress and having a
streak of red fur over her left eye. The web lines stuck to her
chest and the Web Slinger tugged and tossed the werewolf into the
three that were trying to slice Sailor Moon open, knocking them away.

Sailor Moon waved to him greatfuly and said, "Thanks!"

	"No problem," Spider-Man replied.

Spider-Mans' Spider Sense shrieked a warning at him and he ducked as
Sailor Moon took off her tiara, willed it to change to its' discus
mode and threw it. Spider-Man felt the rushing air of the missed
claw swipe and heard the "WHOOF!" of air leaving the attackers lungs
as the tiara smashed into its' stomach.

	Spider-Man said, "Thanks."

Sailor Moon replied as she caught her tiara on it's return, "You're
welcome."

Sayaman flared his aura, knocking a group of twenty werewolves into
the air. They each landed in a heap and then Sayaman shouted,
"Sailor Moon! NOW!"

Sailor Moon removed the broach on her chest, raised it to the sky
and intoned, "MOON CRYSTAL HEALING!"

From the Ginzuishou, a gigantic blast of white light errupted,
enveloping the entire block and everyone in it. Spider-Man
instinctivly covered up before he realized that his Spider Sense had
not warned him of danger. In fact, the light felt... good. As if he
was reliving every calm, pleasent and happy memory he had ever had...
no matter how few those were.

Even through the light, he could see the werewolves beginging to
change. Slowly, the fur receded, their height reduced, their
features became human...

Then there was some kind of backlash.

The white light faded and Sailor Moon screamed in agony, while the
people went back to their transformed state in the blink of an eye.

Spider-Man shot a web line and yanked Sailor Moon, who had collapsed
from exaustion, out of the way of a group of five werewolves that had
been charging her.

"SAILOR MOON!" Yin-Yang-chan shouted in alarm as she raced to where
Spider-Man was helping her stand up.

Sailor Moon raised her head weakly and smiled to indicate that she
was, mostly, alright. "What happened?" Sayaman asked as he flew over
and joined the others in a circle formation, the werewolves snarling
at them from all sides, waiting for the heroes next move.

Sailor Moon staggered to her feet and replied softly, "Something
blocked my powers... I saw something... briefly. A werewolf bigger
then any of these... wearing a loin cloth. We have to beat that
first before I can turn these people back."

"In other words," Spider-Man said, "we're wasting our time here
playing with these The Howling rejects."

The Web Head then shot a web line at a near-by flag pole and asked,
"Anyone need a lift?"

"Nah," Yin Yang-chan said, "I can find my own way out."

With that, she jumped onto the head of the nearest werewolf and,
from there, leapt onto the nearest roof top.

Spider-Man looked at Sailor Moon, who shrugged and said, "Much as
I'd like to, Yin-chan is my sensei. She'd get upset if I didn't try
and do these things myself."

With that, the Senshi of the Moon leaped and, with no need to add an
impromptu springboard, reached the same roof top.

Spider-Man looked up and saw Sayaman already flying off. "I didn't
think so," Spider-Man said to no one as he swung up to join the
others.

He had just landed on the roof, when he saw Sayaman fly off again.
Turning towards the others, Spider-Man asked, "Where's he going?"

"He said," Yin Yang-chan replied, "that he's going to make sure that
our furry friends stay in a safe place."

Spider-Man looked up and saw Sayaman flying back, a large garbage
truck in each hand. Sayaman placed one on each street corner, shot
the wheels out, and fused the truck bodies to the ground. The
werewolves tried to jump over, but were blocked as Sayaman placed and
then fused a third and fourth garbage truck on top of the first two.

Not missing a beat, Sayaman, moving at super speed, zipped through
the streets of the city, picking up all the stray werewolves and
dropping them into their impromptu holding pen. He then flew through
the blocked off area, took the normal humans who were still trapped
and dropped them off outside.

"That should do it," Sayaman said as he joined the other heroes.

"Show off!" Spider-Man, Sailor Moon and Yin Yang-chan chorused with
their arms folded across their chests.
