Why? You want to terminate life in that planet? A fight like that is
genocide, you know. Lina's more powerful spells are probably around
mid-range for Luna. I'd expect the powers that be to actually step in to
avoid that fight. And those two (Luna _and_ Lina) are a bit too close to
the powers that be (demons and gods)...

If you want something different, why not give Ranma a problem he can't (or
don't want to) beat into submission for once?  Luna certainly qualifies --
if you want her to -- as someone he couldn't beat in a fight, she's just
too damn powerful, well trained and mean with a knife...

Also, it's about time Ranma found a lady _he_ is attracted to. Slayers is
probably a good place for that (beautiful and extremely powerful ladies at
every corner, some of them even of a kind demeanor if that's what Ranma is
after ;-) ).

Now comes the question... would Ranma do that? Has he become so low as to
think his 'needs' are above the very _life_ of others, and one who hasn't
done anything against him even? Lina is like that sometimes (life can be
so cheap in Slayers) but the Ranma in JwD 5 wasn't evil, and Luna is not
evil you know, so no lame excuses there.  She's one of the good guys, more
even so than Lina IMHO.

Also, not even in BGC/JwD was life that cheap. I mean, ADPolice die like
sheep in BGC, but you won't see people taking that in stride as if it were
nothing. Death and personal hell is an important point in BGC _and_ EVA
(IMHO), from where this Ranma came. He should be in for a rude surprise...

Way more powerful, more trained (probably) and much more important
(status-wise, and I don't mean to humans!). Luna is way out of Lina's
league. She should be _at the very least_ as powerful and effective as
Ranma has ever been in JwD (i.e. Ranma sitting in the shoulder of EVA#1
mark II) IMHO.

can point me to to find some info on her. I'm just toying with this plotline at
