Who printed the brochure for Jhusenkyo, that Genma found?

I will have my revenge on this world, I don't know who
tripped me into that pool, but it was either a tourist or a
martial artist, there was no one else there.

So I will arrange my revenge to bring as many of each to the
forbidden valley, where they will be cursed eternally as I
was!  Bwa! haaaa haaaa!

Years later the Mad Printer, stooped to examine his latest
direct mail ad,
 Jhusenkyo, greatest Vacation Spot and Training Ground on
Earth.
